I have been a criminal defense and DWI trial attorney for 30 years.  I have had great success helping people facing serious criminal charges.

Due to an aggressive pre-trial strategy, I have had many serious offenses either dismissed or reduced to a lower severity offense.

All of my clients have my personal cell phone number.  Client calls and texts are usually returned within an hour or two, but always by the end of the day.  So you won't be waiting long to hear back from me when you have a question.

I have successfully fought to have seized evidence and confessions suppressed, and have obtained not guilty verdicts in cases where my client was facing life imprisonment.

​In addition to criminal law, I also represent people who have been injured by the negligence of others, such as auto accidents and related matters.
